Hi, I'm María Emilia Martínez — photographer based in Monterrey, México.

I'm an athlete myself, and that's exactly why documenting sport moves me so deeply. I know what it feels like to push past limits, to find community on a course, to live for the journey — and I try to translate all of that through my lens.

Photography, for me, is a language. One I speak without words. It's the art of observing quietly, feeling deeply, and transmitting what can't be said out loud. I don't always capture what I planned — but in the improvisation, something unexpected always emerges. Something that surprises even me. Just like life.

RAD Studio was born from the conviction that sport deserves to be documented with the same depth it's lived. We work with brands, event organizers and athletes who understand that powerful visual content isn't an accessory — it's the language through which they connect with their community.
